In response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local authorities in the countries we operate in. The wellbeing of our tenants, associates and visitors is of utmost importance to us and our thoughts are with those who were affected.
At The Capital Plaza, people and sustainability have been our main driving forces since the beginning. We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our people. Thus, we have used the last few months to closely monitor World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, government mandates, and public health advancements to ensure that our center continue to provide a safe haven and a starting point for a fully-fledged, multi-dimensional experience.
General rules and information:

Cleaning and Sanitization protocols
We have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning protocols as recommended by Montenegrin Health authorities in cleaning and sanitizing all public areas. We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all high-touch areas and public toilets that affect visitors and employees. We use recommended disinfection and approved cleaning products. Hand sanitization stations are readily available for visitors, employees, and residents in all public areas.
We are practicing physical distancing throughout the building. Signages are placed in public areas including entrance hall and elevator lobbies to remind guests to maintain physical distance. We have special protocol for elevator use (no more than 4 persons in elevator, wearing mask is mandatory, hand sanitizing after using elevator)
